25 STEPS  (Reasons) Construction Takes So Long

Everyone tells you that construction takes longer, costs more, and starts to feel like you want to end your marriage, or divorce your overall life. You know this going in, but it still seems to be surprising, so maybe it will help to break down the whole operation.

Because it is a process with systems that all come into play and intersect, but they can start, stall then stop again, and it feeds into a mind bending frustration.. A minor detail holding up one thing can throw off the timing on several others.

Here are twenty-five necessary steps construction has to go through. The titles are blunt but the action required is multi-layered and can be complicated.
